Oversee Daily Operations & Ensure Organizational Efficiency

Zarlec Inc. is seeking a skilled Administrative Manager to oversee our daily operations and respond promptly to organizational needs. This role is pivotal in managing a variety of administrative and financial tasks to maintain smooth operations within our dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Handle payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Oversee sales order entry, labor allocation, expense coding, and inventory/project management systems.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into our team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Meet all local and state filing requirements related to our operations.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of office management procedures and financial principles relevant to the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Business Applications, payroll and human resources software, and accounting software.
  • Must be adept with inventory/project management systems.
